host an event for the airdrie food bank

Hosting your own event in support of the Airdrie Food Bank can be a great way to give back to your community and help those in need.

We can deliver event materials, including food boxes, cash jars, and AFB signs, when available.
You are also invited to pick up event materials, which helps save on costs, allowing more proceeds from events to purchase our most needed items!
If you are picking up event materials, please use the volunteer entrance and approach the volunteer window or the front desk for assistance.
We're happy to provide these resources, but we kindly request that all borrowed materials be returned to minimize expenses.

Please choose a date and time so we may schedule the warehouse to receive or pick up your donation.
You are welcome to drop off food donations, which also allow us to take pictures with you and showcase our impactful work, all thanks to your generous contributions!
If you deliver food donations, please go to warehouse Door 1 and ring the bell.
We are unable to pick up large donations of food on weekends or evenings.
Food must be kept in a heated area and not be left outside in the cold or hot weather.
Please return your event material at the same time.
