Register for the 2020 annual general meeting

TAKE NOTICE that a meeting of the members of the Airdrie Food Bank (AFB) will be held online at the hour of 7:00 pm on the 13th day of May 2021, for the following purposes:

  1. To hear reports presented by the Board of Directors.

  2. To present the financial statements of the Organization for 2020.

  3. To elect the Board of Directors for the Organization, who shall hold office until the next Annual General Meeting.

  4. To transact such further or other business as may be necessary or desirable, in connection with the Organization.

  5. To present special resolutions to update the Organization’s bylaws.

 

 

  • The meeting will be held electronically via Zoom videoconferencing.

  •  RSVP to attend the annual meeting by completing the online registration form

  • The deadline to register for the 2021 AGM is 12:00 PM, MDT (noon) on Friday, May 7, 2021.

  • Meeting login instructions and supporting documents for the meeting will be distributed electronically to registered attendees prior to the meeting.

  • Membership fees of $2.00 have been waived by the board this year.
